At Tom Browns we realize that it's not always easy to make purchases when you are busy or selecting for another person.

Sometimes you change your mind or the product isn't suitable. In addition to your Statutory Rights, we will happily exchange or refund providing the following conditions have been met.

• The items with original receipt are returned within 21 days of purchase.
• Items must be in original condition as purchased, with all labels/tickets attached. Garments must not have been worn.
• You provide us with your name, address and contact details to maintain the integrity of the transaction.
• Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
